Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. LeWinter earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Long Island University. His background in finance allows him to efficiently, effectively, and creatively advise clients in estate planning and asset protection.
Mr. LeWinter obtained his Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University on a merit scholarship. While attending law school, he was a member of the Dispute Resolution Society and achieved a first-place finish in a negotiation competition judged by professors, mediators, and sitting judges.
Mr. LeWinter served as a Judicial Law Intern under the Honorable Gary R. Brown at the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, State of New Jersey, and the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.
